How much is Shipping?
We charge what Australia Post charges us. Here is a link to a guide on our charges. Shipping Rates
Please note we offer free Australia wide postage on all orders over $100. We also offer free local pick up if you are in Perth from Kelmscott.
Can I get my order sent via express Post?
Yes you can. There is an option at checkout to select express post. Please select express post if you are purchasing chocolate in summer. We really would not want your chocolate to melt.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes you can. There is an option at checkout for pick up.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Please get in touch with us to arrange a custom quote.
When will my order be shipped?
We always post within one business day but will always do our best to post the same day if purchased in the morning (WA time).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
When you are sent your tracking number there will be an estimate on an approximate delivery date from Australia Post. Please note this is just an estimate and due to Covid 19 there are significant postal delays. If you need your order urgently please select express post.
My order has not arrived yet
When we post your order we always provide a tracking number. Please check your junk mail if no tracking number has come through. If you have any other questions please email us. We are here to help.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes we do. Afterpay is available on purchase $100 and over.
I have allergies can I still purchase a mystery box?
Please get in touch with us via email. We will do our best to accommodate any allergies and change the items in the mystery box to suit.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes we do. You can choose the gift amount on the link below
How long are the gift vouchers valid for?
Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the purchase date.
Is every item in your store in stock?
Yes everything is in stock at our warehouse.
My order is a gift for someone. Can I get a personalised note included?
Yes please email us and we are happy to include a personalised note for you.
