Shipping policy

Five Vegans only ships to destinations within Australia at this time.

Products shipped from the Five Vegans will be via Australia Post unless agreed otherwise between the parties.  Please email us if you would like to use a specific courier or method. You can also pick up items if you are local in Perth, WA. 

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We cannot guarantee delivery times once the order leaves our warehouse; however, you should receive your delivery within 3-8 WORKING DAYS depending on your location in Australia. Due to Covid and social distancing rules in the sorting centre parcels are taking significantly longer through Australia Post. If you require your items urgently please consider using the express post service we offer.

We offer standard or express post. Both these options are available at checkout. Australia Post does not include insurance. Please contact us if you require insurance so we can discuss options and any additional costs.

Once we have posted your items you will recieve a tracking number which you can track through the Australia Post website.
