The Foods of Athenry Traditional Vegan Mince Pies
Sweet Shortcrust pastry wrapped around our own homemade fruit mince filling. Contains a generous splash of Christmas cheer! Each Mince Pie has a 50% fruit filling.

Ingredients - Vegan Pastry (50%): Gluten and wheat free flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize and buckwheat), 100% vegetable non-hydrogenated margarine, sugar, raising agents (mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), stabiliser, xanthan gum.
Margarine contains (vegetable oils, (sustainable palm oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil), water, salt, emulsifier (E475, natural colours, curcumin, annatto bixin, flavourings).
Vegan Mincemeat filling (50%): Sugar, Sultanas (Sultanas, cotton oil, sunflower oil), apples, apple puree, vegetable suet (palm oil, sunflower oil, rice flour), starch, mixed peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon peel, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), mixed spice (coriander, cassia cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, fennel, nutmeg), acetic acid, colour (plain caramel), flavour: lemon oil, orange oil.
Allergens - These mince pies are made in a bakery that handles a variety of nuts. Therefore is not suitable for persons affected by any type of nut allergy.
