INGREDIENTS - Onion, tomatoes, vegetable oil (non-GMO), raw sugar, lemongrass, garlic, galangal, fresh coriander, fresh basil, salt, chilles, fresh roasted spices, black pepper, turmeric powder, vinegar and kaffir lime leaves.
Product does not contain shellfish or fish sauce.
Was not sure what to expect from this curry paste but it was surprisingly good. Well rounded and flavoursome, it’s no where near as spicy as other green Thai curry pastes. I did have to use the whole jar though, but it served my family of four and they all liked it, even my partner who normally hates Thai food. He’s even asked me to make it again!
