Quick and easy

This is the first time we have tried mung dhal and we we're all pretty relieved that it was quite a nice dish. The best part is that it's so quick and easy to make. I added pumpkin and sweet potato and we had it with Roti. We all thought the flavour was a bit too mild though so I added a few extra spices. It's definitely one of those "comfort in a bowl" meals.
