This fragrant curry can be cooked in the pressure cooker or slow cooker for delicious results. This curry is also gluten free, nut free and made in Western Australia.
Tomatoes, Australian canola oil (GMO free), onion, water, lemongrass, radish, garlic, chillies, galangal, ginger, salt, black pepper, fresh roasted spices, tamarind, kaffir lime, pandan, turmeric powder and raw sugar.
Just had to try this .
The jar said " product does not contain shellfish or fish sauce" so I immediately took to it, great to find this product. Sourced by 5 vegans made in WA.
Got home & luckily plenty of vegetables & tofu in the fridge
Got marinating & cooking within minutes of walking in from the door.
Great flavour, even had some for left overs the next day.
Easy sauce to use much easier then navigating waiters at a restaurant .
